It literally just opens up safari. Same thing as running it on your browser.
wish there was a netflix app for macbook air
waste of $2.99, it stil launches you to the web. You can’t watch movies right from the app which is what i was originally looking for
I downlonaded this applocation hoping i would be about to access nexflex faster and easier and not i cant even log in for the last hour and i have tried and I WANT MY MONEY back!!!!! Worst wrip off on applie application that i have EVER falled for!! Never again and prolly the last application i will ever buy again!!! WORST!!!!
Terrible app! I really want my money back. All it does is open the show with an internet browser. I expected it to open within the app like an ACTUAL app would do. I really want my money!!!!!!!!
This is the most useless app. I spent $3 on this application supposedly to help e out on watching movies on netflix because my macbook air didnt acceptec Silverlight. However, I downloaded Google Chrom ( which is FREE) and I am able to watch my movies without any problem. This application is just a waste of money and time.

$2.99 that is worse than a link in that you are automatically defaulted to Safari and the promised rotten tomato ratings don’t work. With the all the wonderful apps available to iPhone users, it is unbelievable that the macbook gurus are allowing this kind of garbage to get through.
I purchased this app a year ago and now since Netflix has updated online, every time I open the app and select the movie I want to watch it directs me to the website and I have to refind my movie. It’s very frustrating paying for something you already have. I could make netflix my homepage on safari and have better results.
After the recent update every time i open to select the movie it keep popping the annoying silverlight update even i download and re-download countless time and still nothing as in nothing…its so annoying horrible, frustrating and money wise is not worth it...
The Application does not take you to the movie like it did, It prompts me to update silverlight, which I have, and the message stating to update the software has not gone away. It is REALLY annoying since I pay $5 for an app that doesnt even work.
Works fine, does as the description says. Doesn’t natively support AirPlay. Personally, I prefer the Chrome plugin NEnhancer — something to be said for having the same functionality in a browser tab instead of an entiriely different app window.
Lets get this app goin’ finally, right? ...Was getting a, *face first, SmAsH thrust, against a cold concrete wall* “type-a-feeling” for a while there….(-_-)…
Wanted to watch Netflix outside the browser. This worked perfectly for this and has a pleasant minimal interface. Probably could use some work in the features department but leave that up to future needs. No glitches as of yet and glad I downloaded it.

Picture in Picture is an Awesome addition! And the quick easy access to reviews & trailers for all netflix content is still very cool! I like this icon better too :)

No way to Quit the app!
You can "Turn Netflix Off" but the application icon just grays out. Only way to quit is through Activity Monitor. Thanks! ... Ken
